Some organizations utilize filtering software that may prevent our exam emails from reaching them, or cause them to go to their spam folder.  An example of this is the Barracuda email filtering software (Microsoft product), which has been known to filter out our automated emails. Please have proctors check spam folders or work with their IT dept to check if this is occuring. They may contact us to have the email sent directly to them from a test center staff's personal email to see if this allows the exam info to reach them.
